Bridge Backpackers Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Reservation: All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card. For non-refundable reservations, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and cash.
1.3. Cancellation:
1.3.a. Non-Refundable Reservations: Non-refundable reservations will not be refunded if canceled or modified.
1.3.b. Direct Reservations: For reservations made directly with Bridge Backpackers, cancellation is free up until 24 hours before the reservation date. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the check-in date, 100% of the total cost will be charged. There may be a different policy applied at the time of booking, especially with group bookings.
1.3.c. Deposits: Any deposit paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time frame.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1. Check-In: Check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform us in advance. Late check-ins may incur additional charges.
2.2. Check-Out: Check-out time is by 10 AM. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
2.3. Identification: Valid ID is required at check-in. Guests must be 18 years or older.
3. Occupancy and Use
3.1. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized guests are not permitted in the rooms or common areas.
3.2. Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Additional fees may apply.
3.3. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building. A cleaning fee of $400 will be charged if smoking or vaping occurs in any part of the property.
4. Behavior and Conduct
4.1. Conduct: All guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.
4.2. Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
5. Property and Liability
5.1. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
5.2. Lost Items: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please ensure you take all valuables with you when you check out.
5.3. Credit Recovery: We reserve the right to pass on details to a credit recovery company at the guest’s cost for any outstanding balances or damages.
6. Access and Termination
6.1. Access: We reserve the right to enter guest rooms for any reason, including but not limited to maintenance, security, or health and safety concerns.
6.2. Termination: We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the property at any time without a refund if the guest fails to comply with our terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
7. Parking
7.1. Street Parking: Free street parking is available from 5 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday, after 1 PM on Saturday, and all day Sunday. Please check parking signs for specific regulations.
7.2. Nearby Parking: Free 24/7 parking is available on Haven Road by Anzac Park. Ensure you adhere to parking signs to avoid fines.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests as necessary.
